1. Fill out the ordering form and purchase your label

2. Email the photograph to: pics@myspecialwinelabel.com Please include your full name and telephone number in the body of your email so we can easily match your picture to you order.

3. Within 48, you will receive an email with the typeset proof of your design. This is your chance to make corrections or revisions before your label goes into the printing process. All designs must be approved prior to printing. After making changes, you will not receive another type-set proof of the final design. Additional type-set proofs are an additional $5 each and will be invoiced when requested. If you purchased a Fully Customized label, up to 3 type set proofs are included in the package.

4. Upon your approval, the labels are printed and are usually mailed out within 1-2 business days.

Shipments are usually mailed within 1-2 business days after approving the typeset proof of your order via Priority Mail and can take an additional 1 day to a couple of weeks depending on where they are being sent to so plan accordingly.

RUSH ORDERS: Last minute ordering? Rush Service with USPS Express Delivery can be arranged.

If you've already paid the Standard Flat-rate shipping, then we will subtract that amount from the Rush Delivery.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they have been approved or printed. Please email: info@myspecialwinelabel.com to cancel.

A typeset proof will be emailed to you within 1 -2 business days after purchasing your order. At that time, you can either approve or make more revisions to your label by simply replying to the email. We will not print or ship your order unless it has been approved.
